Pricing & engagement design

Every business is different.
Your scope should be too.

Kylarity does not force operational problems into a standard consulting package. We define what needs to be understood, what useful work looks like and the smallest responsible engagement that can move the issue forward.

Scope first.
Then price it properly.

A growing trade business needing governance structure should not pay for the same engagement as an organisation preparing for an external audit. Likewise, a leadership session should not quietly become an open-ended consulting retainer.

Before work begins, Kylarity defines the objective, boundaries, deliverables, assumptions and fee. Where the issue is still unclear, the first paid step may simply be a focused diagnostic designed to establish what actually needs attention.

The principle is simple.
The aim is not to sell you the biggest engagement. It is to define the smallest engagement that can responsibly create the clarity you need, then build from evidence if more support is warranted.
Focused

Defined advisory work

For a clear, contained requirement where the outcome can be scoped upfront.

  • Document or system review
  • Governance or process development
  • Targeted operational advice
  • Defined deliverable and completion point
Diagnostic

Clarity engagements

For situations where the symptoms are visible but the underlying cause is not yet clear.

  • Current-state review
  • Evidence and gap identification
  • Prioritised findings
  • Practical next-step roadmap
Development

Leadership & capability

For structured learning and development delivered to operational leaders and teams.

  • Practical Leadership Series
  • Scenario-based sessions
  • Developmental PRE/POST diagnostics where included
  • Participant and/or governed cohort feedback by scope
Commercial discipline

No mystery invoices.
No unnecessary theatre.

Where practical, Kylarity prefers clearly defined project pricing rather than allowing an engagement to drift indefinitely on hourly billing. If scope changes materially, that change should be visible and agreed before additional work is undertaken.

Some work may be better suited to a staged engagement, advisory retainer or separately priced implementation phase. That will be explained when it is genuinely useful, not treated as an automatic upsell.
